SRK to do `Dabangg` director Abhinav Kashyap`s film?

Insiders say King Khan could soon be working on a film with the 'Dabangg' director If rumours are to be believed, Shah Rukh Khan could be all set to do his next with Abhinav Kashyap.

After his famous fall-out with the Salman Khan khandaan over Dabangg 2, the director is currently working on a film with Ranbir Kapoor. Sources say that SRK and Abhinav have had hush-hush meetings to discuss scripts. And while both are busy with their upcoming projects, an official announcement could be on the cards.

A source says, `Abhinav became an overnight sensation with Dabangg. After the director walked out of the film's sequel, he went ahead and signed a film titled Project 18 with a corporate house, for which he was reportedly talking to Shah Rukh. But after it didn't materialise, he went on to do the film with Ranbir.`

Insiders say that the two have already zeroed down on a script. Apparently after RK's film releases and SRK goes on to his next (most likely with Farah Khan), the actor will start work on Abhinav's project.

However, those close to the actor say that Abhinav had gone to visit SRK to simply enquire about his health, post the star's shoulder surgery.

A source close to SRK states, `Abhinav and SRK have been friends for years and that is why they often meet up. But right now there is nothing concrete. They have always wanted to work together but currently that's about it. There is no script and no discussion.`

However, the buzz about the two of them working together has managed to raised quite a few eyebrows.

An industry source says, `One can't ignore the fact that Abhinav had a bitter parting with Salman's camp and now apparently he will be working with his arch-rival SRK.`

Shah Rukh's next is with director Rohit Shetty, who is known to be his foe Ajay Devgn's best buddy. `It seems SRK is getting directors who appear to be from different camps.`

Both SRK and Abhinav remained unavailable for comment.
